Description
A typical dessert of the town of Siena and Christmas holidays staple, it is soft and very sweet: packed with honey, mixed candied fruit and whole toasted almonds and baked on a host.
INGREDIENTS: ALMONDS, candied fruit in variable proportions (melon - glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, corrector of
acidity: citric acid E330, sulfur dioxide, orange peel e lemon, cedar, ginger, glucose syrup and sugar), sugar, WHEAT flour, blend of honeys, glucose, spices, host (potato starch, olive oil), salt, vanilla.
May contain other nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, milk, eggs and soy.
